Hollywood: Clint Eastwood
I just got done watching the Good, the Bad and The Ugly and Fistful of Dollars and thought Clint deserves to be nominated for those two movies alone. However add to it the Dirty Harry films, the Unforgiven and the fact he took time to be the Mayor of his hometown solidifies it for me. I will forgive him for the Bridges of Madison County, I never watched it but I forgive him.

I question his admission because of the "Bridges" thing. He was far along in his career so as to make that a voluntary choice.
Well look at it this way, his character was a seasoned photographer who bangs a lonely housewife in Iowa, where else you gonna get action? Then he leaves her with her dying husband and her kids learn mom was a slut. That is how I view the story, all manly like.
keep giving renditions like that and you might get a seat in this hall.
